Apply for Camp TEKO

We are expecting registration to fill up fast! For our team to process applications fairly and in the interest of giving all campers a great summer, the first step of the registration process is an online application. Be sure to follow the prompts through the final screen when you click “submit,” after which you will receive an email confirming we have received your application. For summer 2024, we have transitioned to a new portal called CampInTouch.

In general, you should receive an electronic confirmation of space or wait list notification for your camper(s) within ten days after you complete your application along with instructions for completing additional required information on our CampInTouch database system. These forms include bus requests, health information, medical and immunization history, details regarding your camper’s interests, and group requests.

A non-refundable deposit of one-third of tuition per session is due at the time of application, which will be applied toward your tuition. At that time, you may pay your camper's tuition in full or choose to pay the balance in two more equal installments during February and March. Please plan to complete your camper’s CampInTouch forms by May 1, 2024, so our team can best focus our efforts on opening camp as summer 2024 approaches. Please note that payments will not be refunded should a camp group be asked to quarantine or isolate due to COVID-19 exposure or any illness.

The cancellation deadline is April 1, 2024. If you withdraw your camper from a session before April 1, 2024, you will receive a refund less your deposit for that session. Please be sure to apply to the sessions your child plans to attend. Deposits are not refundable. They may only be applied as deposits to other sessions subject to availability when a family does not reduce the number of camper sessions.
