CHOIR

Our Temple choir, under the direction of Cantor Barry Abelson, provides a wonderful opportunity for members of our congregation and friends of many different backgrounds and ages to share their love of music and community.

Choir members celebrate the beauty of Judaism’s rich choral history and enhance Temple’s Shabbat services, community events and interfaith programs.

All are welcome. No prior Hebrew or musical sight reading knowledge is necessary – just a love of music! Rehearsals take place at Temple Israel on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
