RELIGIOUS SCHOOL

Temple Israel is known throughout our community for our progressive Religious School program which has been designed to engage children in their Jewish learning throughout all grade levels. Please view our Religious School Curriculum for more detailed information.

• Kindergarten through 6th grade Religious School meets Saturday or Sunday morning from 9:00-11:30 a.m. at Temple Israel – you choose which day works best for your family.

• Pre-Kindergarten meets only on Saturday mornings.

Students must attend Religious School on Saturdays or Sundays in order to register for and attend Hebrew School (beginning in 3rd grade).

In addition to our curriculum themes, students have meaningful and age-appropriate experiences with Jewish values, holidays and rituals at all grade levels.

Family Education programs are integrated into our curriculum and provide learning opportunities for parents and students in all grade levels to learn together and to get to know our clergy in a warm and relaxed setting.
