WORK AT TEKO

Spend your summer on Lake Minnetonka! Camp TEKO is looking for day camp staff to work with children entering grades K-6. Camp staff must be entering their senior year of high school or older. Although we are a Jewish Camp, we do hire staff who are not Jewish and who are interested in learning about the Jewish religion.

The Avodah program is a unique volunteer program for entering 9th and 10th graders. Our newly constructed program is intended to begin teaching about leadership and responsibility of being a counselor. Avodah participants will enjoy various leadership workshops with guest speakers and experienced TEKO counselors and staff members. Avodah participants will continue to assist in daily tasks to maintain our beautiful campgrounds. The Avodah build their own community and create lasting friendships while working to improve the camp experience for all. Avodah participants will have numerous opportunities to enjoy favorite camp activities such as tubing, kayaking, archery, art, and more. Avodah members are selected through an application and interview process. There is no cost to participate in this program, but the benefits are tremendous.
