Temple Israel Foundation

L’Dor V’Dor – From Generation To Generation…
The Temple Israel Foundation is dedicated to building a strong endowment that supports the financial needs of Temple Israel, today, and for future generations.

Endow Our Future
A gift to the Endowment Fund of the Temple Israel Foundation provides a permanent base of financial support for the congregation while providing immediate tax advantages. Endowment Fund earnings are used where needed most, or where specified by the donor upon establishment of the Fund.

  • To make a donation to an existing Endowment Fund, click here for a downloadable form. On-line donations will be coming soon.

  • Donate to the Temple Israel Foundation Unrestricted Endowment, which will provide perpetual support to Temple Israel, where needed most.

  • Establish a Named Endowment Fund in your own name, in appreciation of a person or service, in memory of a loved one, or to commemorate an event.

Leave A Legacy
Through the Temple Israel Foundation, leave a legacy through a bequest or planned gift and ensure that, from generation-to-generation, there will always be a strong Reform Jewish presence in the heart of Minneapolis.

How To Give
Anyone and everyone can create an endowment fund. All gifts, regardless of their size, are meaningful and important to the future of Temple Israel. Some examples include:

  • Outright Gifts

  • A bequest naming Temple Israel as a beneficiary of your estate

  • Gifts of appreciated securities

  • Gifts of life insurance

  • Life income plans (charitable remainder trusts and other options)

The future of Temple Israel is in our hands; if we care about Temple, we must do something to perpetuate it.
